Forbes Magazine lists the Best Small Cities in the Country for small business. Sioux Falls comes in at #1 for 2006.

Fun fact: at 204,500 population, Sioux Falls is the 15th largest 'small town' in the survey. The smallest town on the "metro" list of largest cities is Yakima, Washington at 231,000.
