Possible Rapid City Civic Center expansion

The folks in Rapid City are proposing adding on to the Rushmore Plaza Civic Center. The addition would include a 15,000 to 18,000 seat arena. Parking ramps are also a part of the proposal. Interested readers can find more information at these links:
