If you want a really good understanding of libertarian (aka "classical liberal," vs. "conservative" or "progressive") views on various public policy issues, this appears to be a good place to start.
As usual in such studies, the methodology is almost more interesting (and revealing) than the actual results. The Conclusions page is, IMHO especially so."I think we'll be OK"
