Well I've just found out I'm having troubles with PM's today.

I did a couple of things that probably won't fix any PM problems.

It would be very helpful if I knew exactly what problems people were having--sending or receiving, what screen you're using, what error messages if any, what happens when you hit the "submit" button or whatever . . . etc.

I'm getting the "Please wait 53...etc. seconds to send a message." Trying to reply to some messages but no luck.

I ran the database-time fix against your PM's. Let me know if it works.
