Smack in Non-Smack Sections - General Warning To All Board Members

I just gave out one one-month ban for smack in non-smack sections.

I would hope that other board members would learn from the example and act appropriately.

If you're misbehaving and are fortunate, the other moderators will get to you before I do and be more lenient than I'm inclined to be--because I really don't feel like babysitting y'all this year. For the most part, y'all don't need babysitting, you're big boys and girls.

I'm hoping that some of you just need an occasional reminder to play well with others . . .

Please?

The problem is increasing once again. Moderators have let a lot of little snippy comments go in various threads, but it seems to me like it's starting to get a bit out of hand.

People may be given time-outs without further warning other than this notice.

Is it really so hard to exercise some small measure of restraint on non-smack threads, people?
