1-2 is a popular record as Bison, Ipfw, Omaha, and Denver share this record. Golden Eagles appear to be a tougher team this year..
Jan. 11 South Dakota * 68 Fort Wayne 58 Final
    Omaha * 87 Western Illinois 66 Final
Denver * 67 North Dakota State 61 Final
    TV: ESPN3/MidcoSN

looks like SDSU, ORU, and USD are the teams probably going to separate from the rest. I feel like Denver and Omaha will find a way to be in the middle with NDSU and the rest will struggle.

The other big game today, beside our Jacks - Den, is ORU at the Bison. Both lost Thursday and the Bison are 1-2 with both losses at home. Eagles are 3-1 and don't want to be shut out this trip!

It could be moving day for the 1-2 teams. Omaha/Ft Wayne will definitely push one to 1-3. Denver likely will go there as well if Jackrabbits come prepared at Frost. Bison will have their hands full with the Eagles bigs in Fargo. Listen for the chatter to replace Richman in Fargo. They could be in foreign territory on the bottom half of the league. When was the last time the bison lost 3 consecutive home games?

3 home losses in January would certainly bury NDSU as far as title hopes go. Will ORU have a typical second game of long road trip slow-down? Will NDSU have a decent strategy for dealing with all that ORU size? It's probably best for the Jacks if the up-and-down Bison are clicking today and hand ORU another loss. That game is on Midco and should be entertaining for those of us who can't get to Brookings.

It would be great if no more movement in the standings but there is going to movement both ways.

I may be totally wrong here, but I thought I had heard or read that at one point this season the Bison were 41-4 at home under Dave Richman. They have now lost 3 in a row at home and 4 overall. Bisonville isn't happy.

They beat Oral Roberts Saturday at home. So they havent lost 3 in a row. But they have lost 4 at home this year.
