You can submit either by pm or on the message board. It doesn't matter to me. I have about 25 submissions so far. Just a reminder to submit a number of FCS wins agains FBS teams. With all but one of the games this week being on the road at an FBS school there is expectedly a lot of similar predictions so we are bound to need the tiebreaker. That is also why I will bee using the earliest prediction (on message board or private message) as the final tiebreaker. Next week will probably be a little more difficult with less FBS games involved. Hope you are all enjoying the process.
