Re: GDT: Jackrabbits vs Ducks @ Portland

This team is just on a whole different level compared to Syracuse. Too long and athletic to do anything against inside and they are guarding the perimeter like they did the 2nd half in Brookings. Just have to rush everything like we haven't seen all year

And there is the San Diego state mention from him.

We wanted to take the step to the next level. Oregon has only been around at the level for a couple of years, so it isn't too far off for SDSU if they continue to improve.

I still harken back to that Arkansas game where we made up 9 pts in 27 seconds....it can be done

Will be interesting to see how the size we have coming in next year develops. Obviously it is what's needed to take down these teams

We let em go on that one good run, we never matched it, the difference in this game

Any other Oregon players have a sibling at the game that can get a three minute split screen of ?

I think that the one player that we are missing is a true point guard. Macy and Maddie are great players, but they are more of a score first type.

Just not good enough tonight. Defense did enough, offense was the difference. Why aren’t we pressuring in the final minutes?

Anyways, thank you Macy, Madi, and Sydney.

DISGRACEFUL! We weren't trying to foul at the end of the game. Our staff's strategy was to give up at then end. TO be clear, we probably still lose but I'm angry how we didn't try everything at the end. not upset about anything else.

What could've been if we make a few more shots we'll never know, gotta remember they shot terrible too. Unreal season, these ladies set the bar moving forward

Their size and I would say all of the travel led to the poor shooting. Play eastern time on Monday and then Pacific on Friday isn't easy. Proud of this group of women and coaches for getting farther than any SD team has gone before!

Like the great players before them, they have now raised the bar as to what SDSU Women's basketball is all about. Now it is up to the next group to take the steps. Selland, Irwin, and Larson have had great teachers on the court and now it's their turn.

Macy, Madi, and Sydney - Thank you for all that you have done for Jackrabbit nation. Some of the most fun/heartbreaking/exhilarating moments have come under your watch. It will be fun to see what these ladies do after basketball
