Leading 40-33 at half with 3 combined points from Daum and Jenkins? I'll take that! Doing what they need to do so far. Also, it sounds like they're doing what they need to do on defense; not letting Nevada into the paint and making them shoot 3s. They were hot at the beginning but have cooled off a bit. If Daum can start getting a few more shots to go in and stay out of foul trouble (has 2 at the half) this could be a really good night for the Jacks.

How ‘bout those freshmen? 18 points. TJ is on-point with his defensive strategy too. If Nevada did not hit some crazy-difficult threes early on they’d be down by a dozen or more.

I think we are seeing what is to come this season for SDSU. These young men are getting better and more comfortable every game. If I were any team that wasnt in the top 10, I wouldn't want to see SDSU come March.

TJ's defense has definitely taken a step forward. Maybe getting "his guys" into the program has lead to that.

Nevada 45, SDSU 43 with 15:19 on the clock in the 2nd half.

Tevin King called for his third foul. Announcers said SDSU will contest that foul (we should!). Nevada got the ball, couldn't score. We go down court and King is fouled. He misses his first but makes the second: 45-44 Nevada.

Huge call against Nevada...#4 foul on one of the Martin brothers (twins). But, we can't do anything and turn it over.

TK needs a little more control on the offensive end. He’s made some nice drives but he has been out of control too often.

Amazing we are hanging in this well with Daum and Jenkins struggling.
