Got home to watch just before halftime. How much of an impact do you think the rain has had?

Rain is a big factor. Duquesne has a better running game and they're leading 17-10 nearing the end of the third quarter. Go Dukes!
        Holy nutmeg!

          Now 24-10. Towson looks awful.

            Re: Playoffs

            6 CAA teams in:
            1 has lost
            3 currently losing
1 winning but against another CAA foe
            1is ranked

If it sticks this could be staunchly over-rated conference.

Announcers also kept mentioning how cold it is, but it'll be even colder in Brookings.

If Duquesne advances, Hines' vulnerability to fumbling is likely exacerbated in cold (and possibly rain/snow).

Just looked it up....it's 48 degrees. If they think that's cold, they're gonna be in a world of hurt next weekend.

                  Re: Playoffs

I like the jackrabbits chances. I can’t see either the Duquesne or Towson playing well vs Rabbits. Neither team can stop the run. And I think our defense would eat either offense oline to bits.

My thoughts exactly. It reportedly "feels like" 44, but I think Dukes would consider that fairly warm for this time of year, given their Pittsburgh roots.

This is supposed to be the best conference in the land and their playoff teams can’t beat the NEC and OVC at home? ISUb would have boat raced these teams rain or no.

Notice how Hines carries the ball away from body once he's through the line?

Hopefully Jacks' D, particularly the Iowans, are licking their chops.

Announcer saying Jacks may have their hands full next week (SMH).

According to announcers we have our hands full with Duquesne.

They left out "INTs and fumbles."

                              Update:
4 out of 6 CAA teams lose
1 win and 1 had bye

As pointed out, the one CAA team that won was playing another CAA team.
