    Re: OOC Summit WBB

As the early part of the season goes on WIU is looking less and less like the 3rd best team. I think they have probably fallen back into the ORU/Omaha realm. Denver appears to be the team on the upswing and looks to be the 3rd best team with UND following them. NDSU and IPFW are a dumpster fire in the middle of a train wreck. USD is doing their annual look average during the OOC portion of the season. OldHare raises a good point that in close games they only have 2 players off the bench that play significant minutes with 2-3 getting spot minutes. May be the first time in a few years that our bench is deeper than theirs.

An injury, no other information, is mentioned on Leatherneck Nation with regard to Graettinger.

Might be a high ankle sprain according to the Leatherneck board.

How about those Yotes as they treat the Cyclone guests to 64-59 defeat. That was the #23 Cyclones and a signature win tonight.

Bison continue to slide losing 81-63 to Northern Illinois.

ORU loses to Arkansas this year 74-61 at Arkansas.

              UND wins at UMass 59-52.

Bison are down to 12 on roster w/ Sara Jacobson redshirting and Reily Jacobson their best player from last year removed from the roster. They may be one of the worst DivI teams in the nation. So everything USD and SDSU does to make this league good the Bison pulls it down.

Leathernecks play OVC Austin Peay and get 77-72 victory. They overcome 27 turnovers and Graettinger is back in the lineup. This looks like the first D1 win for those ladies.

Lauren Loven from Denver leads the Nation and has made 37 of 59 3 pt shots roughly a quarter of the way through their schedule. At that pace if she can keep it up, she'd shoot about 148 three's, a little over 5 a game at about 62% shooting percentage. The Summit will have to be well aware of her out on the perimeter one would think.
