Can the Summit League do a much more confusing job of making their basketball schedule?

SDSU has both the men and women playing on the same night (Wed or Thursday) about 4 times this season. Since they have games on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday why can't they just schedule games on different nights for the mens and women's teams?

SDSU plays NDSU and USD on Thursday nights for games in Brookings except for the NDSU women's game. Those games would draw many more fans if they were weekend games.

ORU has to travel to the Dakota's two weeks in a row. They play @ SDSU tonight and @NDSU on Saturday. They have too travel back to SD next Wednesday to play @ USD (unless they get hotels for 8 straight nights). Not only do they have the three Dakota games in a row, they are in a 8 day span and all on the road.

I miss the old NCC conference schedule. it was Friday and Saturday and always double header. home one week, on the road the next. quick turn around time for the next game but it sure was fun as a fan. those crowds were always better then what we have now.

As a student having back to back days double headers was great. still could go party after the game and it sure felt more like an event.
