        As long as he can rebound, play some defense and not turn the ball over, Ian will continue to get minutes, especially against teams that have some size. Losing weight has helped his mobility, and will hopefully keep him healthy. If he can match up with teams that have big physical posts, he can save some wear-and-tear on Mike.

            I have been impressed with him this year. Seems that he understands his role better. He has done a nice job on the boards, which is where we really need him.
