    Re: WBB Mid-Major Poll

Jackrabbits vs FGCU will decide Friday if #2 & #3 are in the right order. WIU slips to #20 after beating Stanford and losing to Gonzaga. IUPUI is #23 and the Yotes are just outside of #25.

A look at where things stand at Realtime RPI as we go into the last OOC game.

      SDSU 35
      WIU 115
      USD 149
      Omaha 198

      Green Bay 4
      Louisville 13
      NC St 27
      FGCU 31
      Oklahoma 33
      Creighton 48

A win on Friday could still leave the door wide open to something pretty special in March. Of course, there's a lot of Summit ball between now and then and we seem to stub our toe in a couple of sure-thing games every year. So far, so good, anyway.

A win at FGCU should make up for the loss to Creighton I would think. Finishing 11-3 vs our OOC schedule would be very good I'd think, by no means an easy task.

ESPN has us at #3 and WIU at #10. Graham Hays calls our game against #4 FGCU”one of the mid major games of the year”. Tomorrow’s winner is going to have something to feel pretty good about.

UWGB lost another game, and Ball State lost for the first time (they were undefeated) right after Graham Hayes just moved them way up in his mid-major top 10.Wonder if FGCU will be #1 now and where we'll end up with all the shifting around that will inevitiably happen now with all the new losses by ranked teams.

Green Bay loses to a 3-10 Northern Kentucky team.

Why can't we ever get a bad game from them?
