"Goedert does not just catch the ball well, he can block and stretch the field. This year Jake Wieneke and Goedert are going to be very difficult for their opponents to cover. I talked to several scouts this past week and they all told me Goedert is the best tight end in the entire draft."

If he has another year like last year or better, I think he pushes into the late 1st round, as long as an FBS TE doesn't have a monster year.

Goedert could have 50-60 rec, 800+ yds and still be a proven success, trouble is a P5 TE could have 40rec, 550+ yds and still be seen as being better. No matter what we(and our opponents) know how good he is. Wentz didn't shoot up the draft boards until post season all star bowls. I suspect that's where Dallas will shine.

Take it for what it’s worth. Mel Kiper has Goedert as his #1 TE. I don’t have ESPN paid access so I was always wondering but he did tweet it. If some has already said that in this thread I apologize.
