The Winzenjammer has to make the All-Nickname team though.

Mike Daum vs. Mike Daum. Everyone in the history books played a different game then what is played today. We have had some real stars that meant a great deal to the fans in their time, but currently have big beer guts and probably can hardly walk, but are great fans of our current team.

Nate brought students and everyone else back. Of course his time overlapped with my time at SDSU, and I have a t-shirt with his face on it, so maybe I'm biased.
Agreed. Nate also probably saved Nagy's job. Who knows where the program goes if Nate doesn't turn the ship around.

Interesting to meditate on the (probable) fact that Nate Wolters got Nagy the Wright State job.

Could be a fact. Wright St is 6-4, 6-1 at home and 0-3 on the road. A win over Kent State.

They are starting the big 6'9" kid who followed Nagy to Wright State. He is leading rebounder on team.
Best to remember these are kids and they are doing everything they can to entertain us, be scholars, and all in all be great humans. Jackedforlife

And we all probably should thank Austin for not giving up on Nate's recruitment

Some serious thread drift. Wow! Maybe someone should start new threads for "best Jacks MBB player ever", "MBB player most important to the program", and favorite type of pie.

Mike Daum is probably already the best player in Jacks history. If he stays and plays his fourth year here it isn't even a question.

I've been going to games all my life and here is my top 5:
                            1. Mike Daum
                            2. Nate Wolters
                            3. Mark Tetzlaff
                            4. Steve Lingenfelter
                            5. Jason Sempsrott

                            Most important to program:
                            1. Nate Wolters
                            2. Mark Tetzlaff
                            3. Brian Norberg
                            4. Casey Estling
                            5. Kai Williams

                            Favorite type of pie:
                            1. Coconut Cream
                            2. Pumpkin
                            3. Key Lime
                            4. Banana Cream
                            5. Humble

Who is this Austin of which you speak? I don't recall an Austin.
