Re: Hospitality Information for Out of Town Fans

Looks like the ndsu alumni have their own area to tailgate for all the bizen fans. Not sure how they got the school to let them tailgate in these non designated areas but i am sure they are expecting alot of people there. http://www.ndsualumni.com/image/foot...StadiumMap.jpg

I was originally going to do bison burgers but the cheapest I've found ground Bison is like $7.99/# @ Buffalo Ridge.
That's cost prohibitive for our group.
I had 50 lbs ground for me last year, still using that. Doing bizun chili and bizun sliders with horseradish harvati, pepper jack and Colby jack options. Got mine from a bison ranch just west of Pickstown. Paid $5.99/lb at that time. Its excellent ground meat.

At 599 / pound that's a much more palatable price

Thats what i was thinking. We havent tailgated for a while but are going to Saturday. We want to get in the lot West of the stadium. Just wondering how early i have to be there to tailgate in that lot, in the back row. Maybe there arent many that tailgate in that lot, i dont know. We usually park there but normally go to cubbies before the game and have never had problems finding a parking spot.

1pm officially, but you won't get turned away if you arrive early.
