    Re: 2014-2015 Non-Conference Schedule

Any of the home games (except Sam Houston) are tough, but potentially winnable games. Sam Houston St should be a "clear the bench" W. Love to see the "always there" teams in home/home relationships with the Jacks. UWGB, Marist, BYU, Creighton, Middle TN, UALR. Great teams, year in year out (20 games W each season). No Ill or UNLV should be the toughest game for SDSU in Vegas. Del St. should be about as much a challenge for the Jacks as they were for da Bizun in football for the ESPN Game Day from Fargo.

This schedule doesn't include 3 pre-season top 15 teams like last year's did. Jacks may need to be only two L's in OOC's to be getting into the RPI 40's this season. If the ladies hit their stide early, and keep it solid through the Dec OOC home games, we fans could be looking at another 08-09 result. We'll have a better sense after the two home games to open the season. BYU/Creighton were both worthy, challenging teams. Keep the home win string going!!!

Good news for the BYU game is that Jennifer Hamson, their 6'7 center, graduated and wont have 20 blocks against SDSU like last season. Beesten also graduated. She had 18 points and was 6-10 from 3.

Ellie Thompson might get the chance to play against her former HS teammate Kendall Baab (Chaska,Minn)when we play against Marist, who will also have Sydney Coffey(Hopkins,Minn) on their roster.

MTSU graduated their top scorer Ebony Rowe and two more of their top five scorers,KeKe Stewart and Laken Leonard.
