Corcoran & Buirge committed to NIU back in the summer. No surprise on Baun.

For those wondering, Lorenzo Williams and his Wolsey-Wessington squad play in the dome this Thursday at 10 AM on PBS, they play Howard who has the most exciting player in the state to watch in Luke Loudenburg (he is extremely small, but I wouldn't mind to see a pwo offered to him, he's that big of a playmaker).

Brookings plays Friday at 7 against Yankton, besides Daniel keep an eye on Dayton Bird (possible walk-on, same mold as Loudenburg) for the bobcats as well as junior Gerald Maxwell (will probably be offered next year). Yankton also has a couple of guys that are probably getting looks from us, keep an eye on Brady Hale for them (he's a big athlete with a golden toe). Hale punting and kicking...http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1391794/...ghts/154927375

Roosie plays on Saturday at 7, Vinatieri has been playing great and Christion is still out, they take on Lincoln. I would keep an eye on Braxton Large (will prob go D2) and Nickel Meyers for Lincoln, they could both be guys that get at least a Preferred Walk-on offers from us (Meyers is very underrated, fits the mold of big receiver for us). Meyers HUDL...http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1775449/...ghts/184283386 Large's HUDL...http://www.hudl.com/athlete/1775434/braxton-large

SDSU has also been looking at Brody Grantham of Hamlin who plays Friday and 10 against Faulkton.

Brady Reiff (Iowa Commit) for Parkston will be playing in the 2pm game on Friday for Parkston. Also keep an eye on Weslee Dvorak for Parkston, he is a great athlete and has a couple 50+ yard field goals this season.

The Thursday 7pm game between Madison and Dell Rapids is probably gonna be the best game of the entire weekend.

Also, a couple of weeks ago Alex Wilde of Brandon Valley announced that he received his first D1 offer from USD and that he had a PWO from SDSU, I wouldn't be surprised to see our PWO upgraded to an offer since USD offered. He would look really good in yellow and blue, he reminds me a lot of Jason Schneider. Wilde's HUDL...http://www.hudl.com/athlete/797403/highlights/170633376

Wilde and Myers are nice receivers. I like Wilde at the TE spot at the next level he has the frame to put on the weight.

Hale is right up there with Vinatieri at the kicking spot.

Wilde goes through phases where he drops easy catches. When he is on though, he is next to impossible to stop. 6'4" or so, very fast, extremely smart, lots of muscle, and can jump(some sort of a jump champion in track). I wouldn't complain if he was wearing Blue and Yellow next year.

Been out too much lately, but I've updated the lists. Here are a few more offers that I had not seen before.

DE - Kyle Ball, 6'2" 231, Shawnee Mission, KS (Shawnee Mission East) - HUDL
                      Offers: Kansas, Air Force

This kid would be a great get. He is very fast and has been highly productive for two years.

OT - Davis Perrott***, 6'5" 270, Phoenix, AZ (Mountain Pointe) - HUDL
Offers: Boise State, Cal, Colorado State, Indiana, Nevada, New Mexico, San Diego State, UNLV, Washington State, Wyoming

This appears to either be an offer to a lower end 3-star recruit that mall fall through the cracks. Or it is confusion by Rivals with their on-going identity crisis with two SDSU's and which of our logos to use. I'm hoping it is the first reason.

OT - Chris Ryan, 6'7" 245, Lombard, IL
Offers: Wyoming, Air Force, Indiana State

DB - Torian Lewis, 6'0" 175, Lansing, IL (TF South) - HUDL
                      Offers: Southern Illinois

                      Nice hometown story on Lewis.

OL - Matt Clark, 6'5" 300, Syracuse, NE
                      Offers: Ohio, USD

I would have thought we would have had an offer out on this BIG recruit sometime ago. However, Rivals has finally added SDSU and Ohio to his offer list. I see some resemblance of Mike Shoff here. This kids works hard and will be a relentless road paver!

RB - Demaris Purifoy, 6'2" 180, Wauwatosa, WI (West) - HUDL
Offers: NDSU, Northern Iowa, Southern Illinois, Wyoming, Illinois State, New Mexico, UND

Big frame with outstanding speed! Reminds me of Robert Smith, former Buckeye/Viking - great speed, but not extraordinarily shifty. All of the key players in the MVFC have offered, so he must be legit!

More to come, but I've got work to do.

This was a great game. Howard 32-20 over Wolsey-Wessington. Howard/Loudenburg had the better team, but IMO in size/speed/agility, Williams stood out as the better athlete. At times, Williams was carrying his team both defensively and offensively. Definitely a next level player.

Loudenburg is talented and has a great motor, but in this game, he was surrounded by a better team. As stated by BigGoosie, he's undersized, but I'd love to see him walk-on and potentially develop into a next level player.

I would love to get him, he is extremely physical and plays really fast. I see commit Zie Mosley's mid-season senior highlights are up now, they are great too, he is very physical as well. Mosley and Lewis could form one hell of an intimidating CB tandem.

I also see that Zenner's senior highlights are up now to, he looks a step faster from his JR reel.

Dvorak boomed in a 50 yarder in Parkston's 24-21 win over RC St. Thomas More. He made it look pretty easy.
