I talked to Tyler Merriam yesterday, and he's trying to compile a media library of televised (or otherwise filmed/videotaped) Jackrabbit events over the years. Tyler is digitizing anything he can get to preserve those precious records.
Tyler said he's looking to borrow fans' videos of televised games, etc., so he can digitize those to make sure they have a comprehensive record. For example, they don't yet have a copy of the 1985 NCAA D2 Men's Basketball title game that was televised (the one where we got screwed by the refs at the end). That's the kind of thing they're hoping to borrow.
