Know an SDSU alum who deserves recognition?
You could say they're looking for a few good men and women.
The South Dakota State University Alumni Association is asking for of individuals who deserve recognition from their alma mater.
The association encourages nominations for eight categories: Service to SDSU; Service to South Dakota; Service to Home Community; Service to the Alumni Association; Service to Education; Professional Achievement; Non-Alumnus Award for Service to South Dakota; and Young Alumni.
Descriptions and a nomination form can be found at www.statealum.com using the search term "DA Nomination form."
The nomination deadline for the awards is June 1. A committee of 10 individuals that include SDSU alumni and university representatives will review nominations and announce the recipients in August.
