OMAHA, Neb. — The South Dakota State University women’s soccer team won its home opener at Fishback Soccer Park Saturday 3-1 over Wayne State (Neb.). The Jackrabbits outshot the Wildcats 41-11 on the day, including a 26-2 advantage in the second half. . . .
SDSU will continue play next weekend when it takes on Long Beach State at the Bluejay Classic in Omaha. Start time for the contest is 5 p.m. Friday, at Creighton Soccer Field.
