The topic of putting the Dakota Marker up at the basketball game was brought up on the BISON game thread under basketball. I thought it would be appropriate to move over here and share this.

UNC & Duke have their own all sports trophy. Pretty interesting to read about. I recall a few years ago seeing a few other smaller colleges that do something like this. Obviously the Duke/UNC rivalry is pretty deep rooted, but as NDSU & SDSU grow into DI there's always a chance to expand to the non-revenue sports and give them something tangible other than the W to play for.
