I did not know it was Hobo Day...always thought it was teh plural. Also did not know you guys were so particular about the order of your school colors. Interesting.

School song is titled Yellow and Blue.

Ours is the Yellow and the Green but I would guess if you ask a random Bison fan about the school colors they would say, "Green and Yellow", but you may get Green and Gold, etc. The order has never been important...you'll just spark a debate about Gold vs Yellow. Kind of silly.

Daktronics the world leader in scoreboards and video boards is in Brookings and was founded by Engineering Professors at State.
Cookies and Cream ice cream was developed first at States Dairy Plant.
