    Yes.

Wouldn't want to piss her off, she could beat the piss out of me.

How about a #4 Tennessee vs #13 SDSU matchup first round?

Also, thank God I don't have to watch Janae Voelker play anymore. If she whined to the refs one more time I was going to blow a gasket.[/QUOTE]

We were calling her Johnny Voelker. She should go with Brittany Griner for a gender check.

...Also, don't assume just because ORU is so young that they are gonna automatically be at the top of the conference in years to come. There will be no surprise factor next year, and many times (it seems), things don't come so easily as a sophomore as they did as a dominant freshman. Coach Fink also said in the presser that he doesn't have the patience to coach like AJ does....he (Fink) just lets the girls make plays. I find it hard to believe you can consistently win with that philosophy.

    I agree...it was a charge...no question.

Luper is a nice talent, but she has some maturing to do. I realize these are emotional times, but one's true character shines through in times of greatest turmoil. On the other hand, I was surprised with Coach Finkbiners (sp?) perspective & calm. The outcome of the game did not come down to any blown calls - JUST THE WAY IT SHOULD BE, it was decided by the student athletes.

    Go Jacks!

As for the game/tournament, color me un-impressed with how ORU played the first 2 games. Giving up 80 to SUU and not handling UMKC nearly as well as I thought they would.

We started to get up on the them pretty good today and by God if they didn't flip a switch and start playing that press and moses malloy I've never seen such defense. (didn't make the ORU game at frost). Thank God I'm not a Jackrabbit women's basketball player, because I would've just taken myself out of the game, no way, no how could we get a pass off for awhile there without it being tipped, stolen, kicked, grabbed, flicked, hit, punched, batted, you name it.

    Never seen anything like it.

Also, thank God I don't have to watch Janae Voelker play anymore. If she whined to the refs one more time I was going to blow a gasket.

And how about the halftime guy.

    Made layup
    made free throw
    made nba 3 pointer
    made halfcourt shot

    all in 25 seconds.

    UN

    BEE

    LIEVABLE!!

If that isnt top ten tonight, I don't know what is.

That would be called motivation for next year.

Is that the same as calling your self humble?

That was bad enough, but then Fink went on a little whine about a couple of other calls... and to step away from the brink, he finished with, "But we're good losers at Oral Roberts."
