Simply amazing to win a game and not hit a FG for 9:54 to end the 2nd half.
Yowza! How do you that?!?!? Defense must have stepped it up big time in that stretch. Hope we don't continue that trend and put some teams away instead of making it so difficult!
"All I know is what I read on the message boards."
"Oh, well, there's your problem, then."
With the right breaks/seeding, I could see the Jacks make sweet 16. Right now, I'd say that Jacks truly are right on the edge of top 25, may be in. I just hope that they don't get too soft as they tear through the Summit league.
BTW, the other Summit team below 100 RPI is Oral Roberts. Let's burst the Eagles bubble this next weekend.

But, they need to be more consistent. They should handily won the games against Montana and Illinois and they probably should have beaten Maryland. Plus in the NCAA tournament I would guess most teams are going to be playing their absolute best. Personally I think the sweet 16 is going to be tough.

That's a decent argument, but I honestly hope the girls "struggle" a little bit until February. Don't get me wrong, I don't want them to "struggle" terribly. But if they started to play their best basketball now, they'd be wiped out by Christmas. They will continue to be up and down (especially against decent competition). Play well enough to win the conference and when playoffs arrive, that is when they'll need to play their best basketball. That's the beauty of college basketball. Peak at the right time and play your heart out

It is going to be hard for this team to be consistent on the offensive end until Macie is back and at full strength.Right now we have a bunch of shooting guards trying to play the point. It is tough to go to a penetrate and distribute the ball mentality at this level when you haven't grown up trying to do it.
Wow!
Thanks all for keeping the game alive by your many posts. Almost like being right there right there in Cancun, or in your home listening to the radio with you, or internet as the case may be.
