Buekers just absolutely took over the game. No defense possible for her in the second quarter.
Brooklyn's ankle looked nasty on replay.

Poor Brooklyn. That looked bad. Theisen has stepped up but everyone else just looks overwhelmed. UConn should no way be a 2 seed.

safe to assume they'll take that Bueckers/Theisen 1v1 on swaps all the time. Che really pointed out to get that ball to Strong against Meyer on that last possession. I assume they'll take that too

Bueckers has had some ups and downs this year at times. Looks like she’s in the zone tonight sadly. Going to have to limit turnovers to stay in this. Foul trouble is hurting us early.

second pass today that may have worked in the Summit that won't work here

that charge/block early on was a fun one. Didn't know what they were going to call. Bench was confident it was charge. Announcers not so much

a quote from aj yesterday or the past conference was about teams basically playing 4 halves with the media timeout, so you can use players a bit more.

This UConn team has incredible high number of rated recruits… I counted five #1 nationally rated recruits out of high school, six more rated between #4 and #7…Plus many of them have played in the World Cup and won the gold… This is insane but that’s what UConn has normally for players!!!
