Junior Megan Waytashek (Lino Lakes, Minn.) of the South Dakota State women’s basketball team was named to the 2014 Capital One Academic All-District 6 Team Thursday and advances to the national ballot for Academic All-America consideration later this month. Was one of five student-athletes honored on the District 6 team, and her 3.97 GPA in mechanical engineering was the second highest among the group.
This is a great honor and SDSU should be proud to have such great STUDENT/athletes!
