The clear implication is that the SDSU men are not up to scratch vs. NDSU, and the flu is just an excuse.

Now the only possible basis of asserting that the Bison are better than the Jacks is the head-to-head, which, it seems to me, can be used just as effectively to assert that the '07 Jacks were better than the '07 Bison in football (in fact they weren't better, IMO, they just played that game with a lot more heart--not unlike the Bison on Friday--Sussenguth? Really? Where did he come from).

So, to take your 'troll' assertion and flip it around, I think the Bison outplayed the Jacks Friday in part because they were smarting from three very close losses, and in part because the Jacks weren't at 100% and were a bit psyched out.

But if you want to assert that the Bison won because they were the better team, be prepared to see that assertion stretched to cover as much ground as possible. Including a hundred and twenty yards of muddy turf just north of Frost Arena.
wow well first off anybody that compares football to basketball is well........

here are a few facts: YOU are using the flu as an excuse, I sat 4 rows up from mid court and watched 5 of our 8 guys who had minutes, play 30 plus minutes in that game, and watched the Jacks who played 10 different players of which one seen the court for 33 mn. and at the end we totally physically dominated and "several" of your top guys were dragging a**

there was alot of big talking from some jack fans about how the depth was going to win this game and turns out a well conditioned physical team beat you, that my friend is the difference between the first and second half, conditioning oh wait FLU.....you had all your starters last night in your football comparisons we didn't

Zooropa, give the Bizon faithful a break... they know they've become clearly inferior in the D-1 era in two of the top three revenue sports and, as stated on the women's bb thread, they're losing superiority in the third. By the end of this season and with next year's recruiting class in men's BB and the maturation of this year's, that pattern will clearly be established.

you make me laugh, it pains you that I admitted our womens team isn't as good as yours so you are trying to troll on your own board LOL

There was one play they ran with Kai down low and it worked out really nicely. Kai can out jump his defender so running this type of play should happen more.
