Cody Larson did a lot of things, but I think most SDSU fans were pretty ecstatic to have him because he was 6'9'', athletic and could help the basketball team win games. I don't know what your opinion was of him going to SDSU, but your comment suggests you must have been disgusted to see him playing for the Jacks based on his track record.

Obviously Paul Miller has some things he needs to get figured out. However, I think we'll be okay with Richman leading the way. He's a class act. I would venture to guess there are a lot of coaches who wouldn't have taken the same course of action he did sitting Miller for the semis.

Nice season for the Jacks. You had more guys making plays in the championship than we did.

Hopefully all the Summit teams still playing in tournaments represent the league well.

He got suspended for something he did the night before the Semis, why would you want to see him in a Jacks uniform?

I'm there with you. I don't know much about him...but I'm not impressed with him earning a suspension...then getting a T. It didn't look like much, but I'm thinking the ref saw/heard more that made him make the call. I also didn't like the way he looked after making the 3 pointer...just something about him looked like he is all about himself. I could be way off base...but I'm not a fan at the moment. I trust the coach will get this corrected.

Glad I wasn't the only one that noticed this. Starts pounding his chest and mean mugging like he was the best player on the floor.

His body language when Dupree made the three at the end of the first half wasn't exactly team first either.

I didn't catch this live or in the replay, but I just went back and watched it focusing specifically on him. He waved for the ball the entire possession and as soon as Dupree shot it, he put his head down and turned away from the hoop.

We don't do this stuff in South Dakota. I am done defending Paul Miller.

i can vouch for UWM character and his record is flawless.

Just means he wasn't caught. Probably has a brother that covers for him.

Well at least a half agreement. But I think Nagy is recruiting a different kids with skills that fit his program. Possibly Miller was passed up in that process.

This Paul Miller is a very good shooter and would love to see him wearing a Jack uniform, except he would have to learn how to play defense. That may explain his role as the shooter. Right now I suspect he is very frustrated and just needs to grow up a bit. He has the off-season to think about everything and regroup. I will say that the technical took the remaining wind out of their sails, but 5 point swing? No.

Wrong. He played for NDSU last year.

I stand to be corrected the NDSU website lists him as a Sophomore.

He played in 32 of 33 games last year. I was very certain he was a brand new face. My apologies to the board. There are other issues then that probably will never leave the locker room. I don't think its a big deal.
