    Re: 2010 Football Recruiting List

I took Murphy off the list. So far the list of schools that have beat SDSU on one of our offered players are: Illinois, Minnesota, Air Force, Iowa St, and 1 to NDSU.

Hopefully we land the other CB out of Arizona, RJ McGill. He took an official visit to UND this weekend.

These players were added to list, most of them before 09 season even started, because they mentioned having interest from SDSU. I'm sure SDSU gave them a look because they give pretty much every athlete in the area a look, but it's not like they were actively pursuing them.

All besides Crawford, who is a JUCO CB from Calli that we had in for a visit. He ended up signing with Portland St out of the Big Sky.
Heard the Jacks did some 40 yard dash testing this past week? Does anyone know some of the official times etc-Would be nice to know what kind of speed we have for next season.

The kid is probably 210 lbs. and strong as an ox, and my favorite part about him is that he's a workout warrior. I don't know if the coaches are going to keep him on offense or move him to defense, but no matter where he plays, he will be a stud for the Jacks. I think the Gophers missed out on a kid who will be a star at the FCS level.
sounds like a future RB for the jacks. Looking forward to seeing him in the future.

Not sure what the coaching staff has in store for him. In the youtube clip JoeBoe provided it seemed he was more of a slot reciever than a RB, but he did run for 1181 yds with a 8.9 yds/carry averge.

    Found this from ESPN:

Athlete Zachary Zenner (Eagan, Minn./Eagan) made the trip down from the Twin Cities to compete and did well. He measured in at 5-11, 209 pounds and ran a 4.77 40, a 4.38 shuttle, had a 34.6 vertical and a 37.5 in the power ball toss. He plays wide receiver and running back for his high school team, but says he is going to consider a move to safety next season to increase his versatility.

Was named to Kare11's all metro team as the specialist:

    Zach Zenner - Eagan

Eagan's Zach Zenner is this year's All-Metro specialist. He was the unselfish leader of the Wildcat football team. The senior rushed for 1181 yards and 14 touchdowns, averaging a school record 8.9 yards per carry. He played quarterback when the starter got hurt and did a great job. He caught two touchdown passes, and returned kicks and punts, one of those kicks for a touchdown.

Zenner was one of 10 finalist for Minnesota's Mr. Football

this aint smack, its questioning your recruiting judgement, and Im glad SDSU didnt get these players, you are better than that!
Umm, SIU is not a horrible FCS team. They were ranked in the top 5 for much of the season.

Im sure Brad will be a running back. he turned down some d2 scholys to be a rabbit. I have seen him run and he is fast and strong. He set every record in his school for rushing and for sprints in track i believe.

Sounds like a linebacker. But Nick Lee is a pretty good tight end name.

His hairdo looks to be a little wild for Cocah Stig's standards.
