I hope Wolford does not to that today as our NO 22 takes it to the house. Wolford has appeared to be classy in prior years press conference and very complimentary of Coach Stig and his program, but I think he is starting to feel some heat in Youngstown so some defensive back wearing yellow taking it to the house will be troublesome for him to deal with.
Yes Woody was ...Woody...There is no other way to descibe him. Demons aside, OSU and,Ohio in general would not be as notable (or infamous if you will) without him.
JeRyan was born down the road in Sandusky. We did not move to Az until he was 10.

If Wolford gave a certain DB the Woody treatment, I would pray for his safety, JeRyan's father and grandfather are in the stands today. LOL

I was surprised when he showed up in suit and tie for the press conference. I wonder how he was able to do that, shower, shave and put on the street clothes so quickly. It was like he was going to his next job interview.

Why? All that will matter is that the Jacks won the game and made the playoffs when it is all said and done

I heard in the tailgate lot prior to the game by our strength coaches brother, former YSU QB may I add, that Hess was doubtful due to an ankle injury he suffered vs. UNI. Wolford and staff kept it quiet all week. He did not practice in those final days before the game.

If you YSU, with a chance to make the playoffs, you don't want to lose your QB before heading into a potential playoff run...

Butler getting the Pioneer auto bid probably helps YSU even it they lose on Saturday. Easy bus ride for a YSU/Butler matchup....340 miles.

    Jacks win this game: 31-21

Forecast for Saturday in Youngstown, Ohio according to the NWS: Snow showers likely after 1pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 35. West wind 5 to 10 mph increasing to 13 to 18 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 36 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Windy and Rainy/Snowy. Perfect weather for the Jacks. Not so perfect for our struggling FG unit.
