I wonder if there is any chance he can rejoin the team if he get's his academics in order.
Dijon was one of the better recruits for the 2010 class. I guess his absence this season will open up opportunities for guys like Josiah Fitzsimmons and Simote Moala.

One more offseason departure for the SDSU football team: defensive tackle DiJon Starr. An upcoming redshirt freshman, the 6-foot-2, 265-pound Starr had yet to see the field. But he was often mentioned as a kid who showed promise during his first year on campus and was a two-star recruit, according to ESPN.com.
The reason for his departure is academic, according to coach John Stiegelmeier.
