    Re: North Dakota State GDT

1st INT- I give that one up to good defense, I know that play and TOB ran it perfect, just the D-end seemed to be in the huddle and sniffed it out perfect.

2nd INT- kinda forced it, probably stared down the receiver a little too much, but give the Bison guy some credit he made a great move, and if he's .5 seconds later its a large gain if not a TD

3rd INT- bad decision, I think TOB though he could get it out of bounce and just didn't put enough on it.

4th INT- forced it too much, but we were down, had no running game and I can't blame him for trying to make a play.

As far as Sumner, I've talked to players and off the record they'll say Sumner isn't nearly as good as TOB. That can change but they said you would see that if you were at the practices that it isn't that close. And that is saying a lot considering generally on a struggling football team the back up is the most popular guy in town.

I'll say people can blame this one on TOB, but the turning point was Minnett wasn't able to continue, Duffy just isn't Minnett and when you drop 7-8 back into coverage the game gets a lot harder.

Yep INTs are part of the game. Interesting that INTs were important in this game two years in a row.

Enjoy the year with the Marker. It will be back home in Brookings for an extened stay next year.

Bison defense is much improved over last year.

Marker is back where it belongs....

If TOB is given the job the next 2 years, I'm not convinced Austin will stick around. However, I think he'll get a legitimate shot next year. TOB has shown no improvement in my opinion. Consistency is improvement. Not 4 picks against your rival staring down your receiver on every stinkin throw.

I think Austin wins the job next year and fulfills the leadership role at QB that our team needs. I'll take a crap year with Austin over another crap year with TOB.

How are you so sure that Sumner won't beat him out next year??

Danger is right on... It's unfortunate what happened today, but TOB has 2 years left to show us what he can do. These first two seasons have been difficult at times, but I promise you he will be starting the next 2 years, so just get over it!

As confident as TV sounded that he would not be a factor next year,it could be possible that he may choose not to return.

I just hope Kyle can go next week. It would be sad to see him on the sideline.

UND blows. There's no reason it should be a close game.
