While most of the team was at the Walt Disney Cross Country Classic on Saturday (October 6 -- see the separate thread on that race), Jackrabbit freshman Joni Strom ran at the Briar Cliff Invitational on Saturday in McCook Lake, S.D., and finished in 27th place overall with a time of 20:52.94. There were 121 runners in the race. Nice job, Joni!
