Iowa has built up some momentum, they score another 3 in the btm of the 5th. Iowa 8, Jacks 7 top of 6.

Jeff Fish pinch hits in the top of the 7th and drives the ball deep over the left field fence. Jacks reclaim the lead 9-8.

Zach Briggs homers in the top of the 8th!!! Too bad the bullpen gave up another run in the bottom of the 7th.

Jacks up 10 to 9 going into the bottom of the 8th. So far the bullpen has been unreliable, but our closer Trevor Vermuelen is coming in. He has given up two earned runs in 20 innings for a season ERA of 0.9.

Solid win for the conference as ORU picks up the 3-2 win over No. 7 Texas. Will be a fun conference race to watch as the year progresses.
