The Jacks might be struggling, but UND appears to be awful this year. They belong in the Big Sky.

There's no doubt they are in trouble, but who wouldn't be with the NCAA sanctions on the logo revealing a death wish in the state, and even if it gets settled (by the ND Supreme Court -- they're best hope), the baseball program has no place to go, since the Big Sky doesn't sponsor baseball. Pretty bleak outlook for a coach trying to recruit players to build a team. The Sioux split with us last year, when we had a good team, so it looks like the turmoil has taken its toll. Don't hear anything happening with it, but the Summit could definitely use UND as an associate member in baseball, as we drop to six teams next year -- just enough for the AQ.
