Jacks win Summit 'Food Fight' title
ELMHURST, Ill. - South Dakota State University claimed The Summit League's 2009-10 "Food Fight" title by raising nearly 6,900 pounds of food in the second year of the league-wide food drive.
The Summit League designated 20 "Food Fight" games during the basketball season as part of an initiative tied in with Students Team Up To Fight Hunger (STUFH) and raised a combined equivalent of over 20,000 lbs. among the 10 competing member institutions. . . . (read more)
