Some of the best bison I've had was in a chili that my dad(SDSU alumnus) cooked up for my brother. It was his NDSU graduation party, best way to celebrate is by eating some of their mascot.

I sure am glad the Bison are our rival now because it is tough to find a good Coyote recipe! Besides that they taste like s##t! Greasy bastards!

I once had Hasenpfeffer (peppered rabbit)... does that make me a cannibal? LOL
