Defining scholarship questions

There were a lot of questions and comments on the basketball players leaving or asked to leave earlier this year, but I can't find it. Here is a great article in the KC Star that will answer a few questions posed in that thread and will point out that while it does not happen here very often, it does happen elsewhere on a regular basis.
