This USA Today story http://bit.ly/bSaBqM captures a lot of what's going on in Charlottesville right now with that horrific murder of a female lacrosse player. (As an aside, Erik Brady is a friend and the other author, Eddie Timanus, has South Dakota connections. Eddie, who is one of the world's few blind sportswriters, is the son of former South Dakota radio broadcaster Chuck Timanus).
