We Are Back, and AN ANNOUNCEMENT

Sometime last night or early this morning some files got corrupted on the server. They're restored now.

On a personal note, I'm getting too old for this $$$$.

I've been retired from active computer programming and stuff for a long time now and I'm getting really, really rusty at the tech side of tech.

Therefore, I will no longer provide technical support for this board as of the end of this athletic year.
(my providing some level of financial and/or moderation support may be negotiable)

So someone else needs to step up and take over the board by this summer, or I will have to shut it down.

If you know of some Jackrabbit with a dash of technical savvy who might be interested in taking over, now would be a really good time to talk to him/her/them and talk him/her/them into it.

As an old person, I can understand your desire to reduce time commitments. Also, I would like to thank you for the site and your efforts to maintain the site.

Thank you for maintaining this all of these years, filbert.

Wish I had the expertise to help maintain the site, because as a Twitter/Facebook avoider, this is one of my primary sources of "inside" information.

I hope you can find a 'buyer'. This board is definitely a great resource for me being out of state.

I also want to pass on my thanks to Filbrrt for the tremendous generosity of both time and money running this board.

What do people have for suggestions for finding similar information if this board does not continue?
