    Nerd.

I should qualify. I own 4 Pi Day T-shirts from the SDSU Math Dept.

AFAIK, I'm the person who most recently used Pi on the forum.

Makes me think of a Cajun comedian Justin Wilson Joke. A young Cajun came home after a few weeks as a student at Louisana State University. His father wanted to know how all was going and what he was learning. The son said he was studying algebra. Father said" Say something in Algebra". The Son says C=Pi r square. The father is astonished and surprisingly disappointed. He says "What kind of talk is that? Any fool knows Pies are round."

            Happy Pi Day everyone!

My wife made Pi shaped cookies, in celebration.

If your in Brookings, be sure to stop into the SDSU Math Dept (Harding Hall Rm 100) for free Pie on wednesday the 17.

Room is open 8-5, pie all day!

But shouldn't you should stop for a moment of silence at 3:14 p.m.?

I imagine that is the moment the room erupts in applause.

You beat me to that joke. The version I heard had the punchline "Pie are round. Cornbread are square."
