  • 2009: The year of "Should'ves"

    I guess I'm still frustrated, and should probably be in bed but, in 2009, SDSU football;

    "should've" beat Cal Poly.
    "should've" beat Minnesota.
    "should've" beat Montana.

    "should've" been 10-1 (11-1) and in Round 2 of the playoffs.

    I'm tired of "should'ves".

    I hope 2010 is the year SDSU football turns the "should'ves" into "did".

    All I've got to say (well not ALL I've got to say) is that the Jacks delivered on last year's unfulfilled promises, and I have confidence that they will deliver again next year.

      I don't care about Cal Poly, that was an anomaly and we all know it.
      I'm trying not to think how many great Seniors we are losing. Instead I'm thinking of all the great recruits we got last year, and the players we will still have. How they are going to take this moment and feed off of it and turn it into something they never want to feel again. Because as a fan, I know it's been tough. But I know those seniors are going to feel it for a long time. The underclassmen are going to use it and become better so they don't have to feel it again.
      With fans like this who needs enemas.....
