    SDSU gets $500,000 grant

    The U.S. Department of Agriculture's National Institute of Food and Agriculture approved a grant of almost $500,000 that will fund research at South Dakota State University.


    SDSU Plant Science Department faculty members Bill Berzonsky, Karl Glover, Jose Gonzalez, Kathy Grady and Jeff Stein were the co-investigators for the grant, and SDSU associate plant science professor Tom Chase was a collaborator. . . . (read more)

    Sounds interesting, but I am afraid it would take a bunch of explaining before I could began to grasp the jest of this research. I appreciate the people who have devoted their lives to this research and no doubt it will continue to make food costs reasonable to all of us.
