Yeah, I went. It was a fun event. The coaching staffs for soccer and football were both there and mingled with the fans. It was fun to get to know a few of them a little better. They were all very relieved with the way that things went. Apparently things don't always go as smoothly as they did this year. All of the letters came in quickly with no suprises.
They did have some good video clips of the recruits. I haven't watched a lot of soccer so I am not qualified to comment on the footage there but the coaches are very excited. The football video was awesome. We have an extremely athletic class coming in this year. Lots of size and speed.
I hope they make it an annual event. Hey, not many SDSU events you can have a cool one so that was a plus!
