It was in the Argus Leader today that Morgan Fitts has verbally committed to play golf for Coach Baszler.

Morgan has had an outstanding career at Brookings High School and has already been a part of four AA Champion teams with an opportunity for number five this Spring. She is already a very talented player and has a lot of upside potential. This young lady KILLS IT off the tee! It's always exciting to see a Brookings kid get the opportunity to play at the D1 level at SDSU.

Congratulations to Morgan on becoming a Jackrabbit!

"I checked out a lot of schools, but I decided on South Dakota State because coach (Jared) Baszler is such a good coach, the program is growing and it's close to home," Fitts said. "He was one of the first to actually offer me anything, so that was a factor."
