Brandon Wehger? from TV's Blog

I remember his Dad when he played and how much he brought to SDSU. An amazing guy and athlete. It would be great to have his son build the tradition. Kid like that goes to the NFL no matter where he goes to school. Hope he comes here.

He would have been a great catch.

I can understand the attraction of Iowa. That program is struggling which may mean he'll play right away and play a lot. The downside: Iowa may continue to struggle.

Rick Wegher was a really good player for the Jacks. I bet Brandon will be really good at Iowa. He would have been a heck of recruit for the Jacks and maybe will end up there some day.
