I figured this was an appropriate thread for this article.

Terry (does this guy sleep?) has a good article in Monday's Argus about our improvement from 3 years ago when we lost 52-0 in our first I-AA game.

While announcing a $6 million donation for a student-athlete development center, alum Dana Dykhouse recalled the Jackrabbits' first Football Championship Subdivision game: a 52-0 loss at UC Davis in 2004 that, in his words, wasn't as close as the score.

"In the darkness of that night, many of us on that plane that came back home - and I'm sure many back here in South Dakota - were wondering just what we got ourselves into," he said Saturday morning.

    These are brighter days.
