Both the men and women saw swimming action this weekend. The women went up against Iowa State and had some great individual showings:

”Alex Hoffman rewrote the South Dakota State record book again on Saturday, swimming a winning time of 2:09.32 in the 200 backstroke. It was not enough as Iowa State pulled away at the end with a 182-111 win at the Jackrabbits single women’s home meet at the HPER Pool.” (read more)
The men played a team that I had not heard of before and came away with a victory:

“Nine different Jackrabbits won individual titles as South Dakota State opened the men’s swimming and diving season with a 147-113 win over the University of South Dakota at the Stanley J. Marshall HPER Center Pool in Brookings on Friday.” (read more)
